We operate a very simple cancellation policy.
If you must cancel your booking for any reason, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge.
The company will endeavour to re-sell the venue, if successful; we may waive a proportion of the cancellation charge.
Cancellation charges:
Your deposit is non-refundable.
6 months prior – 50% balance
2 months prior – 100% balance
The company reserves the right to cancel an event under the following circumstances:
If the client is more than 30 days in arrears with any payment.
If the company becomes aware of any alteration in the client’s financial situation.
We have the following cancellation policies in place in response to the covid-19 pandemic:
If your date is affected by lockdown and government restrictions that legally prevent your wedding from going ahead then your contract becomes frustrated. In this scenario, we would cancel the event and offer a full refund of payments made to date.
