We operate the terms of a very simple booking.
If your wedding blessing cannot go ahead due to adverse weather conditions the company will arrange an alternative setting for your blessing. The event coordinator will make the final decision regarding the location for the blessing on the day.
Full Event Coordination for your day is included in the hire charge.
The client may wish to arrange its own insurance regarding the costs of cancellation and its liabilities under the terms & conditions or otherwise arising from venue hire.
A deposit of £xxx is required to confirm the booking; it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any variation in booking, guest numbers and/or arrangements must be confirmed in writing.
The venue shall not be used for any purposes other than what is stated on the booking form.
Full pre-payment is required for all weddings.
50% of the outstanding balance is due 6 months before your wedding.
Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to your wedding.
